Abstract

Various issues regarding stress and demoralization of employees working in organizations have been noted while dipping the attention of the workforce, However, emotional intelligence is a pivotal role in the stress and demoralization of employees/workforce. The requirement for the judgment of managing emotional intelligence, an optimistic relationship with stress management, and demoralization of employees seems mandatory. The study examined two frameworks/hypotheses that examined the quantity of emotional intelligence as a forecaster during the handling of a stressed and demoralized environment inside an organization. In this regard, 120 (86 males and 34 females) various ethnic employees, professionals, and managers were nominated from the banking sector (Including National Bank, HBL, Askari Bank, Khyber Bank, UBL & Meezan Bank) in Pakistan as respondents for the survey to measure variables including, Emotional-intelligence, stress environment, and demoralization of employees. Resultantly, a substantial association between emotional intelligence, Stress, and demoralized environment were found. Stress and demoralization emerge as statistically significant components concerning the relationship with emotional intelligence. The experiment proves that the role of EI is essential for leaders while leading an organization, especially in stressed and demoralized environments, to cope with any unforeseen problems and enhance the productivity of the organization with high morale of the workforce.
